Search and Registration
A domain name is a web address. Before you can publish
a web site, you must decide on a domain name, do a search
to make sure it is available, and register it. If you
do not have a domain name, we can do a domain name search
and registration. We only charge $15 to search for your
domain name and register it for one year.
Search
Engine Optimization
We code our web pages with search engine optimization
in mind. We also submit your site to the major search
engine companies. This is a free service
to our web design clients.
Web
Site Hosting
Once your web site is created, someone has to load the
files on a web server and manage and maintain the files.
If you need hosting, we charge only $20 a month for
basic hosting. Our highly reliable Microsoft Windows
2003 Server is fast becoming one of the most widely
used platforms for small businesses. We also host dynamic
webs sites with databases that require MS SQL server.
Email
Setup
We provide free email setup for our
hosting clients. We can provide web base email or forward
your new email address to your current email address.
Forms,
Flash Animation, and more
We can provide Flash files that will enhance your web
site with animation, forms to gather information from
web users, "bread crumb" trails to let users
know where they've been, or a number of other features
for your site. Just let us know what features you want
to add to enhance your web site.
Web
Site Maintenance
Our Monthly hosting fee includes minor text changes.
For very simple changes, such as modifying a few lines
of text, there is usually no charge. For more involved
changes to your site, such as adding new pages, adding
a form, complete revisions of pages, graphics work,
work that requires programming, etc., the fee is $45
per hour.
